“I am so glad I chose Jean and Ken Tritle for my real estate agents. They managed to make the entire search and purchase of my new home — beginning to end — a dream come true. My old home was in escrow, ready to close in less than 45 days, and I was frazzled by the daunting tasks of packing 14 years of memories and not knowing if I could close on a new home in another county in such a short time.

Thanks to Jean and Ken everything went better by far than I could ever have imagined. We had a long distance escrow which kept Jean busy day and night scanning and emailing documents. When I needed a home inspector, plumber, or locksmith, Ken jumped into action. I mentioned I’d need a small local bank — next day a list of credit unions appeared in my email. “Ken did an “excellent” job. Living in Arizona and trying to sell my father’s home in Carlsbad CA was starting out as a very frustrating task. I met Ken and had a very long phone discussion about my situation. Ken offered his opinion and advice that would pertain to my situation. Upon a trip to CA, I was able to meet Ken in person. May I say what a nice and intelligent man he is. We discussed local knowledge of 55+ communities and how he interacts with senior people to help them understand their options and documents.

A few days later, he had pictures taken and the house on MLS. With a senior father, Ken went out of his way to make him comfortable leaving his home so realtors could bring in clients for viewing. A week later we had a very solid offer. Ken met with my father and had me on a speaker phone call, and we discussed all options.

Every time a document needed signed or a question arose, Ken went to my father’s home and explained everything with him and myself and helped my dad sign all legal documents. From start to finish, Ken was there every step of the way to make this sale as smooth and easy as possible. All of a sudden there was nothing to buy. I very much wanted to live in Ocean Hills and Ken and Jean were very patient with me in viewing many homes.

The buyer decided to move on and I went back on the market. This time I sold the property with no contingency and it sold immediately. The market really demanded a cash buyer and Ken and Jean took the big step with me and we did it. Ken was able to find me the cutest cottage in Shadow Ridge with the prettiest back yard you’ve ever seen at a reasonable price that met my goal.

Writing a few paragraphs does not really illustrate how much time and effort Ken and Jean put into my “effort”. There were two escrows to contend with. Ken is a really heartfelt negotiator and goes to bat for you. I recommend Ken and Jean and I would use them again.”
