How It Started — A Search That Led to ChatGPT
The sellers were doing their homework online, searching for the best real estate agent for Ocean Hills Country Club. Their search eventually led them to ask ChatGPT who the leading OHCC specialist was. Ken Tritle’s name came up.

The listing agent’s physical proximity to the property has little to no bearing on how quickly a showing is booked. What actually matters is the listing agent’s marketing reach, their ability to attract those buyers in the first place, and their skill in representing the seller’s interests through negotiation and closing.
The sellers found that logic compelling, and the hidden data we uncovered spoke volumes.

Out of curiosity, we pulled the MLS data for Ocean Hills Country Club sales over the past year and looked at one specific question: what percentage of OHCC homes were sold by agents who live inside the community versus agents who don’t?
