My wife and I decided to sell our house in Manalapan, New Jersey in July, 2020 and relocate to Ocean Hills County Club in Oceanside, California.
We began our investigation in August, 2019 utilizing the services of Dream Well Homes. Ken Tritle, an agent for Dream Well Homes, was assigned to us to guide us with our endeavor.
We are pleased to announce that we purchased a home of our liking in October, 2020.
We spoke to Ken and he was pleasant, informative, and enthusiastic. Ken guided and showed us many homes virtually during our search time of thirteen months.
We utilized face time with Ken to see the properties that were of interest to us. Ken made it possible for us to decide what we wanted in a home in Ocean Hills County Club.
In the prolonged time period of looking for a home, we had numerous conversations with Ken. Whenever we called we always spoke to Ken and not a recording. Ken was always available to speak to us.
California has a tremendous amount of paperwork that is necessary to purchase a home. Ken’s wife, Jean, accomplished this task in a proficient time frame. Jean was meticulous with her organizational skills and delivered all the documents in a professional comprehensive manner. Our compliments to Jean for a job well done!
