This is a dream come true for us!! A new chapter & owning a home again is fabulous in very active 55+ community.

Ken was & still is very responsive & supporting us in the early days of home ownership.
We’re having some minor “after-move in issues”, which he has helped us to resolve. He’s an amazing guy! He was also right there for us when ransomware attacked our title company’s system causing an outrage that delayed our closing date 2 weeks. Ken coached us to request reimbursement from title for lost money resulting from the outage amounting to thousands of dollars, which they approved & we’ll be reimbursed for. He also resolved the delayed termite report, which was required by the lender to close.
We would have been completely over our head if it weren’t for Ken.
We’ve nicknamed him “Ken Can” or “KC” for short. Ken is local & is the nicest guy to work with. And so patient!!! He’s the best.
