Welcome to Auberge at Del Sur, a gated, resident owned, resort-style, 55-and-better community, in Rancho Bernardo, a community of the City of San Diego CA.

The Club, Auberge’s 10,000 square foot activities and social center, reflects the richness/luxury/distinction found in all of the community’s homes.

The Club features, a hotel-style foyer complete with a beverage bar and fireplace, library, reading room, outdoor seating with fire features, a heated pool with dedicated lap swimming, fitness gym, pickle-ball, and bocce ball courts.

The club features wide-ranging social clubs as well as daily scheduled activities.

Canines are as comfortable as their Masters at Auberge, with their own fenced dog park, and separate areas for small and large dogs.

The Auberge community was built beginning in 2016 by CalAtlantic Homes, and is comprised of 206 homes, ranging in size from approximately 1,276 to 2,907 square feet.

All of the homes at Auberge feature single level living, with master bedrooms on the ground floor. Many of the homes have 2nd story lofts.

Within Auberge, the Cottages and the Villas target those who wish to downsize. These homes range from 1,276 up to 2,082 square feet, with home accessed through shared motor courts.

Lining the scenic perimeter of the community are the larger, Summer House homes, ranging in size from 2,082 – 2,927 with their own private driveways.

Auberge at Del Sur is located just 20 minutes from the beach, in the heart of San Diego’s world-class golf courses. These courses include, Torrey Pines, Santaluz club, Fairbanks Ranch, Morgan Run, The Farms and more. Also, the community is just 30 minutes from downtown San Diego and the airport.

Shopping and dining options abound in the near the community.

Auberge is surrounded by open space and located within the master planned community of Del Sur, in which residents and their guests share in its 14 parks and 12 heated year-round swimming pools. Del Sur’s 18 miles of nature trails also connect to nearby Black Mountain Ranch preserve, with over 2,300 acres and a plethora of hiking options.
