Five homes closed escrow at Ocean Hills Country Club in June 2026, and for the second month running, every single one sold for $1 million or more. Just as telling: not one sold below its asking price. Three closed above list and two matched it, lifting the community’s average sold-to-list ratio above 100% and extending OHCC’s streak to a tenth consecutive month at or above 98%.

The San Remo at 4863 Marathon Way — $1,820,000 was June’s headline sale. The San Remo is the largest floor plan in Ocean Hills, making up less than 5% of all homes; this one is fully remodeled with ocean and sunset views on a private, pie-shaped lot. If you own a San Remo, this is a rare and highly relevant comparable.
On Dassia Way, the single-level Delphi-2 at 6028 Dassia — $1,275,000 and $726.91/sq. ft. — took the month’s top price-per-foot, selling $10,000 over asking in 23 days. It’s proof that a smaller, meticulously remodeled home can out-earn a larger one down the street per square foot.
