- Real-time monitoring
- Guaranteed performance for a specified term
- Equipment warranty (often 25 years – verify current details)
Again, please verify all solar program details with the builder and Sunnova at the time of purchase, as offerings can change.
Fire Risk, Insurance & Lot Considerations
Junipers is near open space and natural terrain, which adds beauty and access to outdoor recreation—but parts of the area may fall into a High Fire Severity Zone as defined by local agencies.
Things we encourage all our clients to check:
- Current fire hazard zone maps from the City of San Diego, County of San Diego or CAL FIRE
- Availability and cost of homeowners insurance under current regulations
- Requirements for defensible space and maintenance
