In January 2025, new listings in San Diego County saw a notable rise of 8.4% compared to January 2024. Year-to-date, the increase is even more pronounced, with 22,276 new listings, a 18.9% jump from the previous year. Closed Sales and Pending Sales

  • Closed sales in January 2025 increased by 3.3%, reaching 942 transactions compared to 912 in January 2024.
