How the Process Worked
- Touring several communities in person. On their November visit, Ken showed Linda and her husband homes in several 55+ areas around San Diego County. After seeing what fit their needs, he recommended Ocean Hills Country Club.
- Staying informed during the wait. They still had a condo to sell, so for several months Ken sent them new OHCC listings and recent sales. Using the DreamWell Homes Realty website, they narrowed down which floorplans and locations they wanted.
- Ready to act on arrival. Because they already knew the community and the market, they could move quickly once they arrived in California. Ken showed them the homes that met their criteria, and they had a contract that same week. They stayed at Extended Stay America while the search started and escrow went through its paces.
