My wife and I were looking for a home and we finally decided that a 55 and over community would be a great option for us.
After looking for a while, we found a nice home in a Community and Ken was the Seller’s Real Estate Agent.
Unfortunately, we did not get that property as it already had an offer that was accepted and we were a back up.
After that we decided to work with Ken because he knew a lot about these communities and there were a lot of resources on his website with a wealth of information.
Ken was patient, thoughtful and he listened to our wants and concerns and he always had great suggestions.
There were a few offers made but it was a competitive market, but through his patience and helpful guidance we were able to secure our new home and he made the buying experience enjoyable.
My wife and I would definitely go back to Ken Tritle if we ever decide to purchase another home because of his wealth of experience, patience and calm business manner with buyer and seller’s agent.
