“Ken Did an “excellent” job for our real-estate transaction.
Living in Arizona and trying to sale my fathers home in Carlsbad Ca. was starting out as a very frustrating task.
I met Ken and had a very long phone discussion about my situation. Ken offered his opinion and advise that would pertain to my situation. Upon a trip to Ca, I was able to meet Ken in person. May I say what a nice and intelligent man he is.
We discussed the property issues, my situation, local knowledge of 55+ communities and how he interacts with senior people to sale and understand their options and documents that will be required. We decided to list the home for sale with “KEN TRITLE” as our agent. A few days later, he had pictures taken and the house on MLS listing.
With a senior father, Ken went out of his way to make him comfortable leaving his home so realtors could bring in clients for viewing.
A week later we had a very solid offer on the home. Ken met with my father and had me on a speaker phone call, and we discussed all options.
My father accepted the offer but Kens job did not stop there.
Every time a document needed signed or a question arose, Ken went to my fathers home and explained everything with him and myself and help my dad sign all legal documents. This happened a few times, as we all know the paperwork required in a real-estate transaction.
From start to finish, Ken was there every step of the way to make this sale as smooth and easy as possible.
I would “HIGHLY” recommend Ken Tritle for any real-estate transactions you might need. I only write reviews when I am completely satisfied with their expertise, knowledge and final performance, and with Ken I write this review with high recommendations.
Once again I would suggest to anyone reading these reviews, to please give yourself a chance to meet Ken and learn from his expertise in the purchase or sale of a property, especially within 55+ communities.
