Ken Tritle of DreamWell Homes Realty has been sending me and my husband single family/condominium listings for the San Diego 55+ communities every Friday for the past four years. Our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren currently live in 4S Ranch and have lived there for 5 years. Our other daughter just accepted a position at UCSD and is moving to La Jolla. It was always very important to us to be together as a family in the San Diego area.
The transaction happened very quickly. We saw a listing for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the Oaks North 55+ community that fit our needs perfectly. It was 15 minutes away from our daughter in 4S Ranch and only 25 minutes away from our other daughter in La Jolla. We contacted Ken on a Friday afternoon saying we were interested in pursuing it. Since we are currently living on the East Coast in Baltimore, Maryland and couldn’t see the condo in person, Ken took the time to meet our son in law the next day at the condo so that they could FaceTime with us. Ken was very personable, knowledgeable of the area and 55+ communities and was quick to answer all of our questions and concerns.
Ken put a bid in for us on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon the condominium was ours. Since it happened so quickly, Ken was always there to guide us through the process from the initial walk through to the home inspection and through settlement. He had excellent communication skills with the Seller’s realtor and the process went very smoothly. He was always in constant communication with us via text, email or phone call. Ken put us in touch with an excellent home inspector and title company. Ken’s professionalism shone throughout the entire process. My husband and I highly recommend Ken Tritle of DreamWell Homes Realty to anyone buying or selling a house in the San Diego area.
