“Ken is a phenomenal realtor, but beyond that, a wonderful human being. He supported my mom through a 6-month house buying journey, providing advice, patience, expertise, and counseling along the way. He was always professional and on-time, and followed up on everything in a timely manner. His communication was clear, transparent, and patient. He has a broad network of inspectors, contractors, etc which is extremely helpful at the inspection stage. Above all, he is extremely trustworthy, and always put my mom’s best interests above making the sale. With being far away, I couldn’t do much to help, and it meant so much to me that she had someone who was so reliable, trustworthy, and such a fantastic and clear communicator as her realtor. Before finding Ken, we worked with a few other realtors and the difference is simply night and day. Highly recommend Ken!! If I could give him 10 stars out of 5 I would.”
