“I am so glad to have Ken Tritle as my realtor to buy a home in the Ocean Hills Country Club (OHCC) Community. Ken is very knowledgeable about this community and the market. I contacted him and he encouraged me to find a home in the OHCC. He showed me several homes and the clubhouse in the OHCC and I liked the community immediately.
When the right home came by, he first talked to the seller’s realtor and showed the home to me. After he knew I really liked this home, he strategically talked to the seller’s realtor to accept my offer. I lived 100 miles away from the community, so he helped me with all the inspections, negotiating, and finally got the house for me.
He is very reliable, trustworthy, and also provides all necessary information — contractors, inspectors, HOA information, utility information, and how and when to do what lists. He answered all calls, messages and emails promptly, in the evenings, on weekends, with clear answers. It is like he is buying the home himself.
