DreamWell Homes Family Notes and Photos at Lomas Santa Fe in Solana Beach CA

April 16, 2023 Notes: As a family, we attended an open house here at Lomas Santa Fe which is in a very nice location away from the freeway and overlooking the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. This single story home was listed at $2.6 Million. Ken made sure to check the listing before we went but the house was already under contract the night before. It was a busy open house. The listing agent said that he has lived in the neighborhood for 35 years. He said the Lomas Santa Fe community attracts people of all ages which we can understand given the amenities nearby. We drove by another listing (a renovated home which backs to the freeway and priced at over 2.5 Million). Also checked out another open house, which is an attached home (5 units in one building) at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club Villas, and it was priced at $1.7 Million with an an HOA over $500 covering the exterior and roof, landscaping, and water. Note that some of the detached family homes here have no homeowner association fees. We visited the nearby San Diego Country Park playground. The neighborhood’s mature trees reminds us of the feel of another golf-course neighborhood in North County at Shadowridge in Vista, CA, which of course have far cheaper home prices than the golf course neighborhoods close to the south coast.
