There are five residences to choose from at Sterling Heights. Residence 2, 4, and 5 have what Lennar calls Next Gen Living or an attached guest house with its own private entry. Each Next Gen suite has its own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with included appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
There is also a washer and dryer, ample closet and storage, with a small dining and living room combo. The living space is on one level on one end of the home for maximum privacy for all household members.
