Then he coached us through the bidding process to a successful bid.
Most realtor obligations end there but Ken continued to help us work through the due diligence period, and now even after we have taken possession he helps us by making recommendations including contractors to work with and then showing the contractors around when we are out of town.
We now look at Ken as our Realtor® turned trusted friend.
